HereNow keeps free RSVP hosting simple. Pro becomes relevant when you need paid tickets, payout setup, and related revenue tools.

Billing, subscription status, Stripe payout readiness, and ticket settings can all affect whether a paid event is ready to publish.

Review Pro and billing

Open subscription settings

Go to Settings > Subscription to manage the HereNow Pro plan, billing portal, payment method, invoices, or cancellation.

Confirm whether your subscription is active before relying on paid tickets.

Do I need Pro for free events?

No. Free RSVP events can use HereNow registration without paid ticketing or Stripe payout setup.

Where do I update billing details?

Use the billing portal from payment settings. If you cannot access it, contact support with your account email.

Why are paid tickets still blocked after subscribing?

Check Stripe payout setup and ticket settings. Paid ticket readiness can require more than an active subscription.
